No, we suck too. Contact AdWords support, they are the only ones who can re-activate you.

Here is exactly what happened: I was advertising for an affiliate program. The url that I put for the keywords was a link to my site, which then directly forwarded the user to the affiliate site. This was in order for me to track click-throughs. I did not use any inappropriate keywords. Out of the blue, my ads just stopped registering any impressions. I immediately contacted support and failed to receive a response. A few days later, when I go to buy something through google checkout, my credit card was rejected. I sent them an email telling them both problems. I finally got a response from adwords telling me that my account was suspended. No reason was specified. I tried using the live chat support, but they refused to tell me a reason; just that I should read the terms and conditions. Meanwhile, ALL of my credit cards are being rejected by google checkout. This is very strange. Does anyone have advice?
    Thanks

Automatic redirect URLs are an adwords TOS.

This is a big enough reason for google to shut down my account and blatantly refuse to tell me a reason? They should just notify me and I can change this! It's not like I was ripping them off with multiple accounts, or committing fraud!

They probably want you to first read the TOS so you don't do something else they don't allow. They tell you if you violate the TOS, you can lose your account. When you sign up, you agree that you have read, understand, and agree to follow their policies. Google might give you a second chance, but won't give you a third and you probably don't want a permanent ban.

    Yep.

    "Affiliate Policy

We allow affiliates to use AdWords advertising. Please note that we'll only display one ad for affiliates and parent companies sharing the same Display URL per search query. We also monitor and don't allow the following:
Redirect URLs: Ads that contain Display URLs that automatically redirect to the parent company.
Bridge Pages: Ads for webpages that act as an intermediary, whose sole purpose is to link or redirect traffic to the parent company.
Framing: Ads for webpages that replicate the look and feel of a parent site."

avi5748, it could be they are having trouble with your credit card. I have seen them shut down accounts in the past due to not being able to complete a billing cycle. Were they ever able to successfully bill your CC? Do you have an outstanding balance? Could be worth checkng in to.

I still don't understand why they cancelled my account. I just read through the TOS and it does not say that they will cancel account if there is a violation of the editorial guidelines. The guidelines are just to help advertiser so that the keywords are accepted! They should have just rejected the keyword!
Also, this does not explain why they blacklisted my credit cards. ANY card with my name/address will not work on ANY of google's services!

It doesn't say they won't either.

Sounds like there may be fraud issues or something else going on with your card(s), or at least that's how they are flagged in G's system. Do you owe them $$$ from your AdWords account?

No, they have not charged me for my last billing cycle. Bu like I said, I had emailed support as soon as I realized that there was a problem. That is when they got back to me and told me that I was suspended. This was the first that I heard from them -- my ads were not showing impressions for over a week already. Their support just doesn't seem to want to help!

I am using a perfectly valid credit card. I contacted my credit card company, and they told me that the temprorary charge had gone through, so they don't understand why google is rejecting the card.

It sounds to me like G has some issue with your card(s). The only way you'll be able to resolve it is with them.
