Finally hit the $10 a day mark :-)

I spoke too soon. Today is starting out very slow haha... All PMs answered. I pretty much explained what I do in these posts though. I really don't have any secrets. I just display large rectangle ads on my main page at the top.

 

I'm sure you rely on new visitors. I thing that any returning visitor won't click it.
Am I right?

 

Depends... it's hard to say what humans will do in front of their computers :-p

 

visitors know thats ads by gooogls , he will click there if he need that

I'm no longer sharing the link with members who just say please show me the link you are getting the traffic from. I received too many of those. No offense. If someone wants to ask what I did to get traffic to my sites, that's another story. I would edit my other post but I can't Sorry.

 

Well done - I know when I first went through the $10 barrier consistently I was really chuffed - I now go through the $20 pretty much every day but the site in question does get pretty good traffic (not posted here!!!).

 

My site that's not posted has now gotten over $20 2 days in a row. I'm hoping this trend continues. Yesterday it started out bad. By 3pm EST it made $0.63 cents. It then picked up after 5pm EST. I guess because some people are back to school. I made 10 firefox referrals and one google pack for a total of $11 later that night.

Today it's at $0.77 cents. We'll see what happens

My point is, I don't want to give my url to anyone at all... not even via PM. Sorry. I want to keep that site private. I have explained to everyone in this thread the method I used. I've had a few PMs with people like you being so persistant in finding out my URL. That is why I decided not to disclose my site or niche. I don't mean to sound rude. It's just my choice and I'm sticking with it. Sorry.

I want to ask what you did to get traffic to your sites.
I want to find out URL of the site you're getting visitors from.
I'm NOT asking for your URL.

I get some a lot of my traffic from link exchanges. You can find those in the BST section. I also get a LOT of traffic using these methods:

I also pay monthly fees to have my sites listed in all of the new directories. This helps a lot with backlinks.

You will loose traffic and eventually your revenue. What's the point in visiting a site when all one can see there is ads? Such income will be temporary unless you are getting a constant stream of new visitors from somwhere (but then again who wants to link to such site with ads instead of content?).

 

Who said all there is to see is ads? Read a little more into it. I said I put the ads in their face. I never said anything about ONLY putting ads on a page. I have large ads on the top of the site. I have loads of great content throughout the site... It's not an MFA
