Hi, I have a dating site with very low Alexa Ranking. I am also running adwords campaign and traffic from adwords is diverted towards a different url. (infact to my ad agency’s url). As a result, Traffic from AdWords is not at all influencing my alexa rank. Unfortunately due to technical problems, Traffic can’t be pointed towards my domain. I wanted to know, If I make a dummy page in my domain & which would be redirected towards my ad agencys domain subsequently, will this help me improve alexa ranking ? Please suggest ..
Why do you want to improve your alexa ranking? Its meaningless. Dummy pages with no content are going to have a very poor quality score and cost you a lot per click. They are also in violation of the TOS.
Hello dear, No need to make a dummy page having nothing but a page....this is a technical problem if you have some knowledge about the Internet protocol then you can sort it out but be very alert while making changes this can also lead to more drastic state for you ad agency URl...Bye - Umesh281
BTW may I ask for what reason you want to raise your alexa rank? Everyone knows that Alexa rankings are meaningless
