Shawn has the most posts I believe, at just shy of 20k, but he's not as active here as he used to be I think.
Well If you talking on the base of time spending than I should be one of them. I spend nearly 7 hours without offline.
He asked who is the most active user, he did not ask who has the most posts. That list does not convey who is the most active, many users with 1,000's of posts hardly post here anymore, making them not active at all, like me. Not simple. Now people have to view their profiles and post their posts per day, that's how you determine the answer to his question.
