how long does adsense team take to respond

    I asked them a question last friday around 10 am PST, and till now do not have any response.

    I have been using adsense since a long time, and had no need to contact them. Earlier, their response was quite quick, usually next day. Have they become slow as the publisher base has grown

    How long they usually take to respond to queries.

    I guess all emails are answered using a ticket system ?

    maybe they dont work on weekends?..and if so then its basicly still under a days wait if you tried friday at 10am pst

    I submitted a question last Monday, and didn't recieve a reply, so i resubmitted on Thursday, and i'm still waiting...

    Usually it takes a day or two.I think they thought there was no need to send you a reply regarding your question.
