I'd say that the purpose and topic of the site isn't clear yet. You should perhaps implement this in your header somewhere. The rest looks okay.
What is the main objective of your site? Are u going to a list of Proxy and Arcade sites? It should be clearly indicated in the content. we should not go for source page to study the description... Otherwise the design and ad placement is quite OK. ALL THE BEST!
Adsense gets on the way, it's too dominant. Try horizontal ads.... The header could use some work. See web 2.0 style of design, it'd match this very nicely.
If your looking for people to use your service - why would you put Google ads to allow them to click out of your site?
DigitalPoint offer a great service...why do they put ads in header? Why do they have a forum for adsense if i shouldnt use it? Google offer a free search engine, why do they put ads on iTt?
Its hard to find stuff, so many adsense ads, and nothing really stands out. I don't know if its just my eyesite, but its hurts to read the topics. Shrink adsense to many ads! too hard to figure out what the site is all about.
