I have a dedicated server and i run a few sites .. Is it possible to have different nameserver for each of the sites ? Like i want ns1.abc.com for abc .com and ns1.bbb.com for bbb.com . If i use Godaddy , i just need need to click on the domain , put the IP in host summary , then change the nameserver ?

You need to have dedicated IP for different nameservers. You need to register the nameservers in your control panel too. :)

You can use same IPs for ns1.abc.com and ns1.bbb.com . Just register them at Registrar end and at server side .

just like Sgugal said but you need a pair of nameservers.. so you need to setup 2 nameservers with 2 different ips.
