Try 2 or 3 different Shampoo's and switch between them each time you wash your hair...

Make sure you rinse well... Massaging your scalp to keep it healthy is also a good idea along with combing or brushing your hair a few times a day...

Head & Shoulders is the stupidest shampoo i have ever tried. I had dandruff, but not much... anyway, I wanted to get rid of it, so I tried H&S. My hair became full of dandruff :( awful...

I now use Nivea shampoo. This one is the best... at least for my hair.

nope, DONT use head and shoulders lol it actually does the reverse ;) to you.
I would suggest putting baby oil and rubbing it on your scalp before you wash your hair every time and it will be gone (my barber told some guy who had mad dandruff i thought it was snowing when he was cutting his hair ). :D

I use this stuff and it works wonders. http://www.nizoral.com/

I have a bad scalp...I imagine using head & shoulders would destroy my head, so that's why my Dr. prescribed this to me ages ago...now you don't even need a prescription for it.

This man knows of what he speaks. :)

I am a life long dandruff sufferer. I tried all the shampoos without success. I finally learned about Nizoral a few years ago. It is the the one and only thing that has worked for my scalp.
