Best way for safe links?

    Can anyone help me, or guide me to make a quality links page? I have an idea on how best to approach this, but am in need of some pro advice!

    Links page no matter what is going to low quality..it's best to include links with content. ANyhow, I like to properly categorise all links, no more than 20 per page

    Yeah,it would be terrible if you put 50+ outgoing links on one page or so.

    Also try to add some content around the links to boost up the content relevancy.

    The best way is probably: Link: Explanation. And then you could make pages with about 20 links per page.
