    I'm also not sure what happens to banned members. But I'm guessing that they are no allowed to post but are still allowed to log in and observe the forum.

    It is my belief that banned members can view the forums in guest capacity, just not post, send or read PM's. If you watch the list showing who is online you frequently see banned members listed. Their names show up in dark red.

    When you log out by erasing your cookies you can view the forum, banned members can not log in, nor can they view the forum while they are logged in, you have to log out to view!

    I've seen alot of times a ban member online. I was thinking that ban members can login and view forum but can't post. That clears something :)

    They are not online, their name shows in RED because they tried to log on, it shows for 15 minutes since Shawn has his cookie time out set that long!

    Live the dream, call Crazy Rob and Shawn some bad names man, you can see how the vB software works, even view custom messages they send you as a reason for being banned! :eek:
