    Hi,
I'm having problem with Paypal and planning to change to 2CO. I would like to ask for your 2CO expreriences.
What is main differencies between them from customer's view? Do I lose customers when Paypal is not available as one of payment options?
And can anyone explain about this sentense:
How does 2CO confirm that your services have been rendered?
    Thanks in advance.

2CO asks customers whether the received their required product or not.
I read some where that if your customer lies that he/she didn't receive payment, 2 CO don't credit you for that purchase (refunds money).

If you are thinking to switch from paypal then you surely will lose customers who only use Paypal because they can't pay you via 2CO but for CC users 2CO is fine.

Thanks very much for your reply.
I just signed up to 2CO and trying to integrate it to our website. It's bad that 2CO doesn't allow custom information field in buy form as Paypal has. Actually, we must always send email to ask customer for additional information after receiving order.

I used 2CO for a web hosting business for a number of years. It was pretty good. Fraud detection was lacking. I'd get chargebacks months after charges processed at times. At that point there wasn't anything you could do about the charges, other than eat them.

But, payments were always on time, setup was fast and i rarely had users complain about using a 3rd party processor.

    I'd use them again.

    Take care,

    Brian
