Netdung.com has switch from being a spammy heaven to just directories only listing.

It is a PR based. If your directory is at PR1, please submit to the PR1 category. The cost is Free!

Your pagerank is 0(Zero) submit it to Pagerank 0
If your site is Pagerank 1 (One) submit it to Pagerank 1

Yes I understand, your pagerank 0 is predicted to be at PR4 in the next update, but let me worry about that later In the meantime your PR-0 needs to go to Pagerank 0 otherwise I wont include it

The cost is free.

 

But PR not permanent thing. Soon will new update and information on your directory imo will be not actually

Yea, when the PR updated comes I will need to move them according to it's new PR.
