Is this possible in wordpress?

    Guys, what I wan't is actually a blog, that allows the public to make posts, without registering, I must have the option of approval or not.
    I know, I can create author accounts in wordpress, but I need something like:-
    Name :
    Post:
    no need to register..something like comments.
    If not wordpress, then is there any other blog script that can help me?

    I think it is. WordPress allows different levels of users, and I know there is one level where they can submit articles but you have to approve it first. Check out wordpress.org for their documentation on the user level rights.

    Yes, there is for author account, but the users need to register first..I don't want that.

    You need to create a post page in your website with minimum right to post contents, (minimum right here is GUEST)..

    Try creating a plugin to post without login

    i dont think it can be easily done in WP; atleast i am unable to find a plugin but in Joomla which is mostly used CMS, you can have certain levels of users!
