My Best Proxy Site! *** LLLL.com ** Traffic ** Revenue

I don't want to sell this income earner, but since I need the money at the moment, Ill let go of it.
I had purchased the domain from a guy on dp. Since, then me and my partner, have been working on this, and have brought it up to this level.
Ok, it's a proxy site. http://www.FezV.com NO maintainance required.

First of all: The good part is that the domain is a LLLL.com (a 4 letter dot com, that is very rare to find). The value of the domain itself will go up as time passes by because of the rarity and hence would act as an invstment.
Value at present high $xx, after a year or so : mid $xxx

Anyways, I had done a bit of advertising (cost : $xx) in December, and that's when the traffic and revenue started pouring in.

There are days, when the site has earned close to $10/day! This was the optimum period. However, due to christmas, new year, and holiday in Most schools in the US, the traffic is reduced, and the site is earning more than $1.5/day. This will zoom as the traffic catches up, when schools reopen.
So Total income of the site in less than 25 days, is close to $70

Anyway, my partner had also got an article written for it, and submitted it to over 500 directories, so that it gets better search engine rankings, and many relevant backlinks. (total cost : $xx)

well, If you want me to sum up everything, it was close to about $130 or so.
This included, email campaigns, myspace bulletins, article writing, article submission for backlinks, link exchanges, and ofcourse word of mouth.
Ofcourse, I don't want to sell it, thats what I wrote, in the first line of my post. This site, is giving me good ROI, as I already recovered more than half of my investment in less than 25 days..but as I said earlier, I need some money now.
That's why I am letting this go cheap, however if I don't get a good deal, I won't sell it.

I've seen it before. Proxies are traffic catchers. I already have three more proxies which makes a good profit for me.
