I ve a relative willing to create a seperate US bank account on my behalf using his SSN.. That relative of mine has a fulltime job and also he's ignorant of this internet stuff.. Now, what i have to do is signup paypal and verify with the that bank account (that relative of mine will send the checkbook and credit card to me)

the problem iam facing is with the damn IP..

Should i signup paypal using the same dialup with pakistani IP?

Can i login paypal with pakistani IP and make transactions?

paypal will restrict the account if they find me using proxies

searching google for the same problem endup a guy saying that "use of AOL is the only best bet to make your ip safely look to be a US one

Please forgive me for my english if its not that professional, Thanks in advance to all the members who give me a sincere advise..

And ask your relative to verify address and SSN too. And one more thing, he don't need to give you cc. He can just put CC number himself :D

Not really. They will go after you when something goes wrong if you give them your SSN.

This is just a possibilty and why would you do something wrong? Well in case if something goes wrong you can handle the situation by providing them the information they require.

Ok trusted you. That doesn't effect me in either way. :) Paypal isn't supporting my country so I don't have to worry about that much. That was just a suggestion to him. His relative can verify paypal even without putting SSN. So he can use it but if something goes wrong his relative will have to put SSN :)

Believe me bro (teri to ...) that it won't be problem, Loging in from a country not supported by paypal. It just won't be a problem. If you can get one, just go for it without any tension ;)

I have a PayPal verified account. Last time, i talked with a PayPal representative, they told if i login from PK my account will get locked... So, i avoided logging while in PK :)

Not a very good solution, but you can buy VPN US proxy to help you with this issue...
