    Hi Every body !
As Non U.S Residents you may have some problems to USE PayPal as effective payment processor ..

Well , here is the solution .. you `ll need to have the following

    1- U.S Bank Account for non-us residents
2- U.S mailing address ( street address ) also for non US residents
3-Get your own / Free U.S Telephone number . that works to accept US calls through internet at your home country .

Then register with PayPal , and send funds to your U.S bank account and withdrawal it at any worldwide ATM machine with debit card given by the bank .

To do so you may visit this FREE online guide ( www.dollarat.com ) that teaches/helps you to get your own U.S bank account as Non-US Residents ..

The site ( www.dollarat.com ) also teach you how to register for a Real U.S virtual phone number for FREE with just couple of minutes .

With this phone number you`ll receive calls from any U.S /Canadian landlines /mobile phones . the other end will call your Free U.S telephone number that RINGS at your home country ( via VOIP dialer ) . The other end will pay local U.S calling tariff , and you`ll pay abslotly NOTHING :)

Also the site teaches you how to get U.S Mailing address that works for Non U.S residents via one of USA shipment forwarding companies . Any item received by This U.S Mailing address will be forwarded right away to your home country at any destination in the world .

So , if you have U.S bank account , Mailing Address and Telephone number .. then I do not see any reason prevent you using PayPal ..

    From your site:

Now that will get you banned from Adsense.

Also, if I submit my email for the "free" info will you spam my email address or sell it?

Pietercornelis , Im sorry that my post offended you and other users .. But Ohen used language that he is not suppose to use it in public ..

I do not reject any positive comment ,

turfsniffer warn me about the notification was on the site ... I asked turfsniffer in private message and he confirm it that he is 100% sure its not allowed by google rules ,

Apparently, it's more about God forgiving you, than you believing in him.

If you're not concerned, just let it go.

But I can't appreciate your language in public anyway, nor who supports it...

Exactly! You shouldn't use such language openly. If you believe he is a spammer or scammer just use some other words instead of .....
    To keep forums clean :)

I would really like to have an paypal account, but I am not sure would guy's at paypal be happy with this "oportunity". In fact I really doubt that they will be happy. They will probably froze any account that was made with this method.
