Personal Video Introduction - See Me Demonstrate the True Power of Macs

Yes, a site dedicated to the true love of Macs. I'm a full time student and webmaster, and buying a Mac is one of my biggest regrets. I'm trying to put together a fund to buy me a new PC, and then I will kill my Mac on video for all to see (you the donaters vote on how you want to see it destroyed). Donating just $1 helps more than you would imagine.

If you don't want to donate, that's fine, enjoy some of the comedy that the site has to offer :). If you like the site, make sure to join the forums!

Also, if you donate, don't forget to put the URL of the site in the PayPal comments, as I will be featuring the top 3 donaters on the site.

I doubt that the Mac-PC debate will ever be settled, because of the mostly anecdotal nature of people's opinions.

I myself used both PCs and Macs before making a commitment to Macs only. But then again, my opinion likewise is just one person's. For me the Macs work great, and I have never had trouble finding the software I need.

If I get convinced that a Macbook is the best option, then I would go with that; I'm not stubborn.

I just need to update my iBook, and am sick of MANY things on it. Plus the site is fun to browse :).

Get rid of the iBook. Get a nice MacBook with crossover, parallels, or boot camp and run windows (or .exe) files right off your mac. Macs can just about do anything now. Plus, you dont have to worry about viruses. May I ask what a PC can do that a Macbook cant (not being a jerk, but just curious).

Dude, I'll donate $100 if you give the mac to me, instead of destroying it :]

Although I like the Apple-Mac commercials, I've never used a Mac. Could someone tell me what the differences between Macs and pcs are?

Maybe the question should be the difference between Mac OS X and Windows, or do you actually want to know the physical differences of both? If so, Macs are sleek and sexy, PCs are ugly ;)

    I actually run both.

    I use Apple for:
    Design, Virus-free, Internet, l33t-ness

    I use PC for:
Games, Chatting, Other rather not important things...

PCs are very flexible. Macs are more tech-savvy people if you asked me. Anyways, best of luck on the site! :)

Who cares? Buying a laptop because it's "cool" is a stupid idea, and is what I did when I bought my iBook. I did choose a crappy Mac to buy, but it's not good at all.

I honestly think the iBooks were crappy (though unique). Ive had my own PC for over 12 years, until I switched to a MacBook. I made a list of everything each could do - and frankly the MacBook can do a lot more for me than my PC ever good. Especially with crossover, bootcamp, or parallels.

I guess you overlooked all the other things I listed, aside from cool, like they don't crash.
