Myspace Site 1st page on google

The script is 100% unique and all content was collected by me from other websites. This mean the content isn't unique, but not many sites have the collection that I do.

On google-
#6 for "myspace contact tables"
#10 for "myspace contact table generator"

Advertising-
The only advertising I have done is link exchanges and payed nearly $200 for one way links.
This means no myspace advertising/no google advertising/no spam advertising
All traffic originally came from link exchanges or search engines
(now that people are putting the link onto their myspace profile, it is coming from their also)

Revenue-
The revenue is pathetic. The CTR is about .1% (1 click in every 1000 impressions)
According to adsense, I am getting about 15k-20k impressions per day
This equates to about $1 a day.
I have only tried adsense advertising,(and adbrite but I have made $0 from them)
I have put next to no effort into advertising.
I think this site could easily get $15-$20 a day.

As you can see, the traffic is steady and is not going to fall.

I am putting the starting price at $2000.
I am not desperate to sell this site and I have no problem in keeping it, but a little extra cash would be nice .

you should definitely lower the starting price

 

Priced way to high ... usally earings x1o months ..maybe a special add on for google ranking but 2000 seems way out there..and good luck.

I already have a side offer for $2000 which I am not taking. I put the starting bid at $2000 to see if anyone would bid on it, not to sell it. Until I need the money, I am not going lower then $2000. (I just want the money right now)

Traffic has now jumped to 2800 u/v/day

If you have the revenue to prove it's worth 2K, then someone will buy it. How much are you making per day now?

Also be aware that your ranking could disappear at any moment, so this is not really a way to base the sales price on.

 

How much do you pay for the incoming links ?

 

All incoming links are permanent. It was about $200 for all of them.

The site seems to have alot of potential. For the month of december it had around 1000 uniques a day and it seems like most of that is from google, which is good.

The only problem is that it is such a young site I would be taking a big gamble on wether its ranking in google will last. I would be willing to offer something closer to $1000.

Tell me more about the script. Is it just a standard mysql db and static php files?
