Will DP ever implement a little something for those with a high count? i know i've only been posting here consistantly since mid June 06', but hey, I help a lot of people out and I'd like a custom title

Well I just want to know about rep power. Means who can add how many reps. Someone can only add 1 rep points and someone 6 points. Can anyone explain me?

 

Every 100 points would give one extra green blob just below your name. You rep power is increased by one for every 100 rep points you gather/ for every 1000 posts you make/ for every one year you complete here. Same is the case with red, if you go below -100 you'll have 2 red blobs.

So, if you are an year old member with 1100 posts and 110 rep points, and you give rep to someone (Red or Green), they would have 3 points either deducted or added to their rep score.

Max rep altering power is 10, you cannot go beyond that.

If you have less than 10 total rep points you cannot alter other persons rep, either green or red, if you rep them it would appear grey in their User CP.

Rep in General Chat/Introductions/Political Chat does not weigh much. If some senior member gives you a green in GC area you have a rep altering power of 10, you'll probably get 1 point for it, same with red.

I notice 1 thing that

When i pointing someone's green blob, who has only one 1 green blob, then there i see "< name of that person>is on a distinguished road"

Then i pointing anyother person's green blob, that person also have only 1 green blob, but there i see "<name of that person> will become famous soon enough"

Is this point related to Rep?

Why it shows different blob text?? while both the persons having one green blob??

Yes go to your User CP and scroll down .

 

However if they have not left there name, no you can not see who gave you rep. This is to make sure no rep wars happen!

 

Names are not shown unless the person who gave the rep signs it

 

When someone gives me a + rep , i dnt see it ? :S

There's no way you can know who repped you, whether it's green or red, unless he puts his name in his comment

 

how many reps we can give per day to others ?
