Decent / Average CTR for a website.

Whats the average CTR for a website?

Also what is YOUR CTR?

 

You should not disclose your CTR, eCPM & number of clicks to anyone as it is not allowed according to their terms.

However, it depends on nature of website. If you have a forum, 1% CTR is very good but if you have a unique website with lots of content, 1% is very low.

 

I see at least 1% as alright, any less than that for a website is a little low.

 

2%-3% is good. Below 2% means, you should optimize adsense.

 

and i always thought 8-12% is bad wow

 

Depends on the niche and traffic. If you get a lot of traffic (10s of 1000s a day) a 2% CTR is pretty damn good. If you get 10 uniques a day, a 20% CTR is average. Etc.

 

I have a soccer related site. CTR is 3% to 4%. is it good?

 

Double figure CTR is always good.
