I'm afraid that I have lost a link a friend once gave me to a dictionary of political terms. What is a "Neo-Con"?
Neoconservative – A "neocon" is more inclined than other conservatives toward vigorous government in the service of the goals of traditional morality and pro-business policies. Tends to favor a very strong foreign policy of America as well. -that definition is courtesy of Daniel McCarthy...
I see AGS has pulled another one of the DNC's tactics...which is to call the RNC names until the DNC feels better and can go home. Usually it is "nazi" that is used, but now AGS subs in neo-con. Nice one AGS...you have me shaking in my boots...
I see. I think. I'm not really sure, though, how one can be judged to be both a conservative, and in support of big government at the same time, as a conservative is specifically someone in support of smaller government and smaller government spending. More laws, by necessity, means more government expenditures and workers, and thus is antithetical to a goal of having small government.
There's only about 1/2 a dozne or so of these moonbats floating around here. The rest are probably duplicate accounts of the same 1/2 dozen or so.
It's funny how all these debate and open discussion threads always has a person or two who are trying to have a discussion. Then the other side is a group of people who gangs up and thinks they're clever or witty by ignoring the other side's post by posting one liners and image macros as a comeback. You know who you are. =| If anything it just makes them look childish. Take for example, this entire thread. I love it when I completely shot down this guy's one liner posts one by one. He then began to take my sarcasm literally and use it to back up his argument. He eventually became speechless. Shocking. He pretty much lost his credibility there and just stopped responding.
Oh another one. And this one tries to turn my post around when he's the biggest offender. [insert overly used rolleyes smiley here] /typical
