How do CJ charge merchant?

Could you tell me the detail of all fees that CJ charge merchant? like one time setup fee, monthly fee, transaction fee and minimum deposit amount, etc.

Yes, I find it only charge 30% or $0.30 min

No one time setup fee, monthly fee and minimum deposit
as well as minimum payout amount, payout options for affiliate

I am not sure about current fees but following was the fee structure when I got information to signup as merchant a year ago.....

Network Access Fees $2500
Minimum Deposit $3000
Annual Maintenance fees $250
Transaction Fees 30% or $.30 minimum
Monthly Transaction minimum $500 (this will be deducted if you
generated less than $500 transactions
in a month)

Data Feed for Affiliates $250 setup fees

More than one program per account Extra Charges

All I know is that CJ is expensive!
