So my site is http://www.AFunnyParadise.com and I am trying to get it into the google index so that I can start getting PR and other benefits of being in google's search engine.

Does anyone know what is taking so long and what the best ways are to get it indexed faster?

Thanks.

Here is some more info about the site if it helps figure out what I can do:

• The site is running google adsense, and has been for 3-4 months now.
• The site has been live since December 27, 2005
• Googlebot has visited my site 69 times so far for december
• I have 1 link in from google's search engine to my site

If there is anything else I can provide for more in depth analysis, just let me know.

Thanks in Advance.

That's odd that your site hasn't been indexed as it's already 1 year old.
Try to do link building for it..

no, I have never done black seo, and I have submitted a sitemap for google to look at and adsense is working, so I shouldn't be banned.

Let me show you what I mean with the sitemap:

Now, If my site was banned, wouldn't show a link asking if I want to re-submit my site for reinclusion into google? And why would it still be looking at my sitemap?

Is there some other way to find out if I am banned?

I have just found out where I can ask for a reinclusion request for google's index.

I have filled out the request and stated that I am unsure why my site is not listed in the index, and would like to be included.

If anyone else has tips or any ideas on what is or was happening it would be great to hear from you.

Thanks again everyone.

Well, hopefully the link from my site will cause the Googlebot to hit yours. Googlebot hits my site ~50 times per day, sometimes more if I update a lot, so I'm guessing it'll crawl over to yours as well.

In general, the Googlebot likes sites that are updated frequently and have lots of backlinks. The less your site is updated, the less it will crawl it.

Not sure about that.
His site exist since 2005, and the link in his sig would normally be enough to ensure a crawl by googlebot.

If the site is not indexed yet, it's sound like banned to me.

Google apparently cannot see the website ... I tried typing "site:afunnyparadise.com afunnyparadise.com" and Google came up with nothing (when I do this with my 2 month old site, it comes back with 278 links). If I do a text search for your site name, it only comes back with 1 DP link. No links if I type "link:afunnyparadise.com" (not that odd for brand new sites like mine, but yours should have some).

It appears to be banned for all intents and purposes. I can't tell why though. Google is reporting it can't access it, but I didn't see a robots.txt or anything else preventing a crawl. You didn't copy the content from another site, did you? This could cause the site to be banned in some cases ...

Hi Peace_Hope,

I found your site all links.
after took off all your links :
eg : .......
I found you have nothing left.

May I suggest you .... to add some articles or words with no links on.

Hope it helps.

iceberg - looks like he just got indexed then. Yesterday when I ran the same query, it showed 0 backlinks.

QUESTION - how long does a site have to be up until Google shows its backlinks? My site has been up 2 months, has almost 3000 backlinks (according to Yahoo ... but at least 10 from PR 7+ sites), and shows nothing. Definitely not banned because I get hit 1500 times a month from the bot and received 7,000 UVs from Google this month.

Thoughts?

No, I have not copied the site from any other one, I wish there was some way to tell whether or not it was banned for sure, or not, at least then I would know that I was banned, and could then figure out the next step.

It seems so weird though, because like I said, I have done nothing wrong with this site.

Same theme since the site opened up in 2005. I re-skinned and coded the site about 6 months ago.

All my pages have words on them that are not linked. Unless I am misunderstanding you.

No, my site is still not indexed, I am not sure what he is talking about.
