Ok so Im not having as much luck with my forum competition as I would have hoped.

Theres still over a month to go until the end and I need a way to market it with great results!

Ive advertised on some popular forums and also have it in my signature in all of them.

Would a MySpace Bulletin help with a forum contest? Any other ideas? Any help would be VERY much appreciated.

Just like you shouldn't launch a blog with no posts, you shouldn't, in my opinion, launch a forum with hardly any threads. Even though you are offering a potential prize to new members who sign up and leave posts, there just isn't enough community to make many sign up, even if only to try to win the $100 bucks.

You need to get a conversation going that people will want to join and talk about on other forums or their blogs.
