Header Contest - quick , easy and fun! $30 prize

Hello all,

I have seen a lot of nice talent here so I figured I would give this a go

I am redoing one of my sites, into a site all about beer, yup you read right beer

The site will be about brewing beer, beer reviews , drinking beer, everything about beer from around the world,

The url is sundaybrew.com ( currently a game site, but not for long )

I am looking for a clean, web 2.0 design but at the same time something that will catch the visitors attention and they will know instantly that the site is about beer from around the world

The size I need is 930 x 150,

If I see a design I like I have the right to end the contest and pay the winner paypal

I will need the finished design in a jpg format and will also need the psd file

Please post your samples here, and when you do please be reachable so I can contact you asap if I decide I like what you have to offer

Not sure...I do like blue , that is my favorite color but it is a beer site so lets see what kind of creative people will come up with

 

If I had any skill, I would give it a try, cause beer is fun!

Yea, I would like to stay out of the trademark issue

Also there is no domain or anything to let the visitor know what the site is

 

yeah i was worried about that, I didnt see the domain name. I can put some beer mugs/glasses instead. brb

Nice header, the only thing I would say is that it is hard to read some of the slogan with the bubbles on top of the letters.

the buubles can be re arranged.. not a problem... If it is selected as the winning entry..

 

It's quite hard to make such a large banner.
Anyway, my attempt.. PM me if I win, I always forget to check back.

So far I Think that the back rounds should be more of a "golden " color rather than all these blues. That makes me think of water

 

hows this? any suggestions/comments?? .. very web 2.0ish imo...
