Blogmaster we must gain the trust of the islamic moderates who dont trust our government because of all the meddling we have done within their countries and that will take time. Do you think the current leader of iran is in power because they love him. The educated iranians of the world dont liek him at all but what could they do when we took a good leader away from iran for our oil and ambitions and put those ambitions first before freedom and democracy?

There's a lot of good coming out of Iraq. The media just refuses to report it. That's why your vision of Iraq most resembles the media's. I believe you refer to most often as "sheeple?" Spend some time on some military blogs, where the men and women you so desparately want to lose, cover what the media refuses.

Terrorist deaths in Iraq our phenominal. One report I read a few weeks ago was in excess of 4,000 for the month. It's a shame that so many here support the terrorists in Iraq by repeatedly and wilfully offer to proclaim victory for them on behalf of the real men and women fighting over there. Thank God our military isn't filled with a bunch of nutjobs like these people.

Incorrect. They must gain our trust. When the message they offer to the public via willing media ready to lap it up matches the message preached behind the closed doors of the mosques on Fridays.

Why do we have to prove being trustworthy while they have failed to clean up their own backyard?

Sure GTech, we are winning the war, that is why Cheney is asking for another 100 Billion, the Army is near broken, there is no way we can train enough troops within 5 years to conduct the war since it takes 5 years to train 30,000 new troops, but according you and your propaganda we are winning!

You are just repeating the lies from the RNC script designed to fool the American people with a smokescreen so Cheney and Bush can continue their folly instead of being impeached and convicted as they rightfully should be for leading the USA into a fraudulent war!

Here is your good coming from Iraq GTech!

    Bring em on GTech!

    Stay the Course buddy!

    Complete the mission!

Major combat has ended, we have won the war!

We will not quit until we are victorious!

Trust me GT if there was a lot of good coming out of Iraq the media would report it, where are you getting your good news from? What blogs??

Around 90% of the mainstream media is controlled, any good news would be shouted from the rooftops. But it's not, because there isn't.

Incorrect. "We" means you and I, or you and something greater than yourself. "They" (the soldiers) are winning the war, despite people like you.

You've never been for America, except to see it fail.

Incorrect. Good news has three things that the media has no interest in:

    1) Anything good out of Iraq is perceived as something good for Bush, and they will not stand for that (not unlike some here)

    2) Good news doesn't sell.

    3) They don't want good news out of Iraq because it's counter to their agenda of defeatism.

You are a defeatist too, AGS, right?

When you say WE you mean HALLIBURTON, EXXON, BP and the rest of the corporate sponsors of the war and industrial complex GTech, this is who the Cheney Administration represents, not the American citizens GTech.

Too bad you are so brainwashed that you keep pumping out the propaganda even after Americans have rejected you and people tell you to your face that Republicans are losers and we don't want you around.

People like you need to be carried away kicking and screaming GTech, you are a mad man as those you represent are.

No, when I say "we" I mean to exclude you from any group that cares about America. Which is why I referred to the soldiers as "they" to exclude you from that group.

Your "we" (who you support and make excuses for) is far different from my "we."

I don't understand what all the angst and diatribes are about against corporate America? What are people supposed to do without companies providing industry and marketplaces for citizens to thrive and succeed? We all can't live a euro-centric bohemian rhapsody of a lifestyle.

No GTech, when you do that, you exclude me from the Nixon Criminals you represent who sell out the American people, bankrupt the Treasury, destroy our armed forces, steal money on war and oil, even on rebuilding Hurricane damage in New Orleans.

You don't represent America GTech, nor does the Bush/Cheney Administration, one would figure you would be smart enough to understand that is what the people decided in the mid term elections that were a landslide against the Republican criminals.

But you can't accept the will of the people, to you they are all stupid GTech, but this great nation did away with Nixon, the mistake we made was not banning the Republican party, at least we should have banned those in Nixon's administration from ever serving in government again.

We did not do that, so Bush and his boys, Rumsfeld, Cheney and Kissinger were given a green light by front man and cover up boy Gerald Ford to continue the Watergate era fraud to this very day.

PS: The Nixon gang has been rejected a second time GTech, get it through your thick head man!

    I'm not a defeatest GT, I am a realist.

Trust me I hate terrorists as much as you do but the state of Iraq is not helping against terrorism, it's making it worse mate. Time to admit the f*ck up and get the hell out of there. There is no end result and it's getting worse every month. It's a disaster. As in 'nam admit defeat and get the f*ck out is the option that should be taken.

Pride would prevent the USA from pulling out of Iraq if it wasn't for all the oil and pipelines that the US want as part of the long term plan so the relentless killing will continue for at least the next 20 years.

    Minimum.

AGS, did you forget that the UK has troops in Iraq and that Blair is one of the main factors that got both nations there in the first place?

Let us know when you are out first man!

If Bush told Blair to stick his head in a bucket of shit he'd do it. :(

I think you're a bit off the mark, Blair was more of the leader, he was in office well before Bush, even going back to the days of Clinton, it is sad that the people of the UK seem to be in the dark on this fact, seeming to want to put all the blame on the USA.

Who made the biggest noise for the invasion even though most of the UN were against it?

Can't blame Blair for this one mate, Blair is just a chump that follows whatever the US say.

If Blair told Bush to do anything Bush would tell him to fuck off and would probably stick a bulls horn up his arse or summats like that.
