Live video's - Building site, getting traffic and make money

I started building a site and record every step and resource I use. My goal is to provide a no-BS guide in how everybody can make money online. Not tens of thousands as I leave that to the experts but nice little amounts a day that are perfectly doable.

The first 7 video's are ready and cover topics like keyword brainstorming, register a domain, setting up hosting, content research and writing.

Next 10 video topics will be all about different kind of traffic and how to get visistors in from day 1 using things like social bookmarking and the likes and building it up for the long term.

It's free for now...(can you believe I am dutch) and all I ask is honest comments, tips, advice and critique.

I registered the domain at 12-19-2006 and I think the video's will cover the period till 28-1-2007. Maybe an occasional update after that to tell how it's going.

 

Seems pretty interesting. I guess the videos aren't available as of yet... or maybe I just can't find them.

 

I am sure you will get a lot of traffic to these videos by simply providing a link to them rather than having people registering first.

 

Yes you end up on my list but no I will not spam. Maintaining a list is not my strong points and there are about a 100 ppl registered at 30steps and I have send them 1 email in total over 2 months.

I believe it's a small price (name and email)

Have you considered posting the first few videos on MetaCafe? You'll get some good traffic to your site and you'll earn "ProducerRewards" (cash) if your videos are popular.

The site I build was kinda ready yesterday and the first steps in promoting I have done yesterday evening. It brought in 57 uniques (not hits but real visitors) all by using social bookmarks.

Ok...homepage looks dull but I am not trying to sell you anything on that site. But what about the video's ..or did you went there, saw my homepage and left?
