How to create a fully functional PayPal account without a credit card?

How to create a fully functional PayPal account without a credit card? Is there a way? Where I live, I can't have an international credit card, only a local one that can be used in my country

 

Thatz bad .. .As far as i know, the only way to verify your PP is by adding an international CC / VCC ... or a US bank account ..

International Debit cards / ATM cards are also supported, provided they have the MC/VISA logo ..

I dont think there is any other way to verify the account Anywas, wait for more responses .. maybe someone knows more

 

There are some virtual credit cards < search the forum to find out more > which some people use to verify the account . Though I dont use them and i wont suggest them .

 

Where do you live in ? Write to Paypal and explain to them about your situation because I am sure that they know the financial situations and laws in the countries which they are allowed to operate.

 

I have an international debit cc with visa logo (visa electron) but it doesn't have a ccv code on it so I guess that not all international debit cards are accepted...

I don't think you can use all the features without verifying your account!

As mixke said,get a virtual CC ,some people are selling it for around $20 on DP!

 

also .. I dont use them and I dont suggest using them . I guess I read somewhere on accounts getting limited on paypal bcos of use of these Virtual CCs .

 

Try not to use a virtual CC because that defeats the purpose of using your credit card to verify your paypal account anyways. Besides, it seems that Paypal is stamping out the virtual CC market as it is bad for business as it makes a mockery of the verification process.

When Paypal gets to you when you are happily using your account and ask you for documents to verify your accounts, you be stuck and probably be coming back to complain about Paypal freezing your account and stealing your money.

It depends on the hosts/registrars!

 

Generall you can .. though there is a sending limit on unverified paypal accounts .

 

But some people/companies don't accept unverified paypal payments. So that could be a problem otherwise you can use paypal without verifying (Sending Limits Applied)

 

Its also risky to use unverified paypal account as they would freeze the account after a few months.

Accepting payment from an unverified paypal account can be risky for the vendor so you probably need to look for lesser known domain name registrar to accept unverified paypal payment.

 

Namecheap , Godaddy , domainsite , registerfly accepts the payments from Unverified accounts . so you can buy the hosting / domains
