18,000 pages index by google PR 6 hotel directory site

I am planning to sell my site http://www.hs0.org a 3 character domain with PR 6 and with more than 18,000 pages index by google. The site have not much traffic yet but I am sure when back links matured and the site get out from google sandbox the traffic will increase.

The site is making an average of $0.45 from adsense....

Considering offer not less than $1200

 

Why Sell it?
With 16,000 pages indexed you could get a lot of vaultage on LV and use those sites for links.

How it can be PR6 as it has around 10 backlinks?

 

Google don't display all back links of certain site, you can check the back link from yahoo http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.co...g&bwm=i&bwms=p&bwmf=u&fr=ytff1-&fr2=seo-rd-se

 

It's not the number of backlinks, but the PR of those backlinks that makes a difference....

Though this site does seem quite young to be a PR6.

 

The domain was a number of three letter domains that was linked from a pr8 site, all the domains got pr6 then they preceeded to sell the domains at $50 a pop http://www.dnforum.com/showthread.php?p=970710

WOW, i didnt know that. So you get sites linked from pr8 and those sites get pr 6. Will the pr disappear once you buy them? I checked with seologs and it says it is a genuine pr6 site. The backlink is little, only 10.

Yeah, I just checked it again and got a different reading, 317,653.
Is anybody else using this tool www.seoquake.com ?
I guess it's not that accurate at times.
