I just signed up at hostgator and I am wondering, are you overselling?

what lead to that question? and why are you bitching? because you can't host your proxy site?

Nope. That was way before I even asked about proxy sites.

The account cost me 1 cent for the first month and I dont really need it, so my friend (eXe is his username on DP) suggested that I ask them such questions which was a good idea.

The problem isnt there though, ahkip. I was not bitching, and only asking typical webmaster questions that I needed to know.

Except ofcourse for that first question, which is sort of stupid, but makes sense ;)

You completely missed his point. When he made the statement about suspending your account for pushing the envelope, it had nothing to do with suspending your account for asking questions, but instead if you decided to try anything that might come close to breaking their TOS

Same for me, which is why threads like this usually annoy me (especially when they are based on incorrect facts)

I would have banned your account just for asking:

    :p

Your questions are pre-sale questions and not support questions. These are questions you should have asked "before" opening the account and not to some support chap.
