godaddy issues

anyone have any billing trouble with go daddy im trying to buy some domains at i tried paypal, creditcard, creditcard on file and they all come up with an error at the final checkout stage i have no idea why because i use my credit card on the net daily.. Anyone know what could cause this for some reason godaddy says there shopping cart has no errors but im getting them why would i lie about this? Lol anyway thx

 

what is the error... I use them quite a bit and I find that the shopping cart goes down for 5-10 mins a lot...

If it is not a creditcard denied error.. I'd try again a few mins... else call them at 480-505-8877

 

yea i would call them except im not in the usa at the moment i sent them an email with the domains i want to buy and i told them to use the CC# on file hopefully that works...


it just says unable to process i tried for like 1 hour now lol constantly

 

do enough online commerce, and your cart will always have random errors that are very difficult to track down. Amazon does, ebay does. 100% is impossible. I'd do the above advice. Wait a few moments and try again. And hope someone else doesn't snap up the domain - not that there are any good ones left thanks to squatters.

squatters - people who buy domain names, solely for the purpose of reselling them for a profit later on. No intent to develop them?

 

still not working have no idea why this happened to me with another reseller of godaddy the shopping cart wasnt working for me i dont understand why at all lol it seems this happens every single time to me what the hell..

 

I just registered one, no problem at all. Try clearing your cache or something.

 

which payment method did you use and what is the friendly id thing if you used paypal?

 

oh no, I always use a credit card. its a lot quicker.

 

I just tried my CC for the 100th time and it simple gives me this error also i am 100% sure all my info is right so i dont know what to do... lol

Which country are you from ? If you are from a country which GoDaddy does not approve, you will inevitably not allowed to continue the order.

What was the error message anyways ?

 

I'm having the same problem... it just says " unable to proces" ..
Nothing else.

any solutions anyone ?
