Oh yeah, home field advantage throughout the playoffs for Da Bears. How did the Saints lose to the Redskins?
anemic offense!!! who knew?? after they throttled Dallas last week they only had < ~ = 200 yds today I think, check that, 200yds passing, only 71 yds rushing! WA defense did a great job containing the big 3 for NO
Just shows how bad the NFC really is and how anyone can win. I'm not really a salary cap fan anyways; but the NFL wants 32 8-8 teams and the NFC is certainly accomplishing that this year.
Man, those thursday games are torture. I cannot stand Gumbel. He sounds like the microphone is a mile from his mouth and he sounds like a girl. I didn't think it could get worse until Deion was in the booth on saturday evening
Gumball is in fact torture http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jZSBuzmz2mA the best was when he did the Cowboys game..."Cowboys nearly didn't get the play off before the shot clock went off"...or something to that effect
The Bears D is in serious trouble unless they get healthy by playoff time. Nathan Vasher, Todd Johnson & Tank Johnson are expected back. So that just leaves them short two Pro-Bowlers.
I hear you...meanwhile my team can't cover full backs, pressure the quarterback, or defend the deep ball you gotta like Rex getting back into a groove though!!
Yeah dude, I'm glad Rex is back. But if they're going to have to score 40 pts. to win, they'll be out in their first playoff game.....AGAIN! They rrrrreally miss Nathan Vasher back there.
did anybody have the displeasure of watching the Saints Giants today??? Good god almighty...I thought the Cowboys really stunk it up against the Saints, The New York Football Giants were about 8.5 times worse...at least on offense....their defense, along with like 8 drops my the Satins kept the game close for at least the 1st half... Punk A** Shockey didn't do butt kiss today...that's a shame.
amazing how 2 months ago it looked like they would run away with the NFC East! even more amazing that they are still in the hunt for a WC spot!!!
No need to stress too much bears fans. My san diego chargers will relieve you of all worries by becoming the 2007 SUPERBOWL CHAMPIONS WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE
Looks like the Bears will play either: Giants, Green Bay or Carolina. Depends on which one wants that final spot. None of those look very difficult. Giants are imploding. Green Bay is too reliant on an erratic Favre. Carolina would be the most difficult as they are very unpredictable - good one week, crappy the next. Wait. I forgot the bye week. Doh! Wait till after the first round LOL
