I have a question to all you people on DP who runs a forum and makes $100+ daily. Approx how many members does a forum need to reach this $100 mark? Thanks
It does not depends on the members, it depends on how many are visiting your site regularly and gives you clicks... Usually imo, if you have more quality content posts, you will get more clicks.... There are many peoples who are earning more than $100 daily.. but i am not one of them
Yes.. I understand but I would like a rough estimate on how many members. Since more members equals more traffic and more guests.
I have a combo "site" & forum.. We have about 4,500 members, and get roughly 5,000 - 8,000 non-member visitors per day. with those numbers we average ~$100/day in Adsense/Referral earnings. I dont think the members are good 'clickers', so we dont display ads to members in the forums area - but members generate the content (aka forum posts) that feed the Google spider - which in turn brings more new visitors..
Thank you for the comment Tearabite. Do you run any ad campaign for your forum? Would it be possible to check out your url so I can learn from it? Thank you
There is no set figure that a forum has to achieve to get $100 day. It will vary depending on the value of ads.
