    Hello. :)

    Up for sale is the domain and website www.TopGuilds.com, an MMORPG guild topsite. The website receives a lot of traffic - proof. (I have Google Analytics too but I don't know how to use it!)

    Top Guilds has over 100 members and makes $50.00-$75.00 per month using an affiliate program that I snuck in that look like contextual advertisements. On top of that, it has some Google Adsense revenue, but it's minimal.

    The domain and site has a Google PageRank of 4 with a substantial amount of traffic. It also features a unique design that I paid well over $200 for, and is powered by Aardvark Topsites PHP script.

    Please start offers @ $100 with a minimum $25 offer increment. I am hoping to sell this by early 2007!

    Nice site, how are rankings determined on the site? Is it in-game performance at all or just click-based and reviews from your site? Thanks.

    I want to end this on the 31st of December, but may extend it to January 7th, 2007. I know this site has huge potential...I've invested more than what the current highest offer is. I also want to see if anyone will BIN this, because I know this is a great buy at such a low BIN.
