Disappointed the Way Adsense Handled A Situation

A few months ago, I noticed that this site I frequently visited (Gerweck.net) had Adsense on it. The blending sucks, but that's another story. After I scrolled down, I saw the 'Please Support Gerweck.Net; Visit Our Advertisers' line. I figured that must violate the Adsense policy.

After an e-mail from Adsense, they said 'Thank you, we will handle the situation.'

This guy's 'Please Support Gerweck.Net; Visit Our Advertisers' is still there! This was months ago too. I am just unsure why Google didn't take the appropriate action.

Maybe they are overloaded. Or maybe those sites aren't raking in anything from it costing Google $0.

skinny, those sites are in top 1 to 5 for some major keywords and they're just spam and ads. no good for google, no good for advertisors.
