sorry i was in a bad mood yesterday but reading your tips with no argument/examples has no value to me and why a newbie would trust these tips without learning about it, you could state anything but... you are not Google...
Just take the 1st tip:

Actually this has no relation to SEO as it is used for Adwords landing pages and as such it then is related to SEM.

 

Its well put together. Sure one could say that " anyone with common knowledge could write this " but they didn't. Im sure many will appreciate the time you took to detail things out.

The Original Poster did nothing but offer a link to Google.com information that Google put together in reference to optimized landing pages for use with the Google Adwords program.

This information has nothing to do with SEO as the OP tried to imply, nor was any work done by anyone other than Google.
