For Sale: Car Wallpaper Site

Hello, I'm looking for a potential buyer for my car wallpaper website, since I will be starting a new one on a CMS system, rather than doing it all by hand.

Please note that you shouldn't buy this website if you don't know a lot about general web design as everything is done by hand.

This website took me a half a year to do complete so I am extremely proud of it. When we do complete the sale, the website, which is roughly 20GB, will need to be downloaded via my hosting account, which I will give you access to, please keep this in mind.

I will include any rough work, including the vehicle pages so if you want to add new wallpapers, you can. Please note that the design you see right now is my design and I am not selling it. So you will need to customize it to your own CSS and images, therefore, as I said before, it's best that you have knowledge about HTML if you are considering buying.

Also note that only the "WALLPAPER" section of the website, which is on another domain, is for sale, not the "NEWS", "EDITORIALS", etc.

The website consists of multiple PHP includes, so it is easy to remodify the pages if you ever decide to do so. What I'm saying is something like:

Now, I know you see that the content and everything is on carphotosite.com, but please note that I am not giving away the carphotosite.com domain, but rather, you will get carphotosite.info, which does not have any PR rank or Alexa information.

The Google Adsense ads are easy to modify, since they are includes. With well-established advertising, I make about $150 a month on carphotosite.com, but I'm pretty sure you can do better with even more advertising. I think everything is pretty straight forward, if you have any questions, please ask.

The BIN will start at $1000, I know this may seem a lot, but this website actually has double the capacity of wallpapers than other websites, and all pages are hand-made. Price too high? Then make offers.

So what exactly DO you get for $5,000? from what I see is it's just 20GB of wallpapers and a .info domain name that has 0 traffic and 0 PR. You're keeping just about everything there is of value.

Do you own the copyright to the wallpaper images? I'm not seeing how 20GB of images is worth five grand. Can you clarify?

 

Seems very expensive...What happens to the links for News, Editorials and Videos as they are all held on CarNewsSite.com?

 

That is an extremely important question. If you don't own the copyright to the images, I can't see how you are able to sell them. Does this perhaps include exclusive rights to the images? Please clarify.

 

For all your 20GB I will offer 200$, I don't want domain or any stats, only your Gallery data.
Since Car photos can be easily obtained a copyright to display them on your site by sending the car manufacturer a email I guess? and asking them for displaying it on our site?

Oh, dear. The $5000 was an exaggeration, because I really don't know what kind of price these kinds of situations sell at. All I wanted was people to make offers... if you think the price is too high, don't complain, make offer

Isn't it illegal to sell the wallpapers by themselves, so I can't really sell the gallery data... The images aren't modified in any way, so I think it should be okay. And I have personally asked many of the car manufacturers and what they said was that if they aren't modified in any way, it is okay to be displayed.

And on the sale, I will need to delete that menu bar containing "News, Editorials, etc."

I lowered the price ok, it is still pretty exaggerated, so just make offers, jeez. But it took so much work to get all those pages up, you have no idea.

 

I was really interested on the way you organized you are not selling wallpapers probably those pages that you created.
