new look and new sub directories in datasoftsystem

now we have 2 more directories open for Bloggers, and Mobi sites , we have changed the look of our website to fit the needs of every webmaster not just websites owners but bloggers and mobi web now is welcome to submit their links for free , the softsystem is still working can gather your website blog, and mobisite's information automatically no need of back links and no fees , we did code the link exchange club every one is welcome to join to exchange links with other members, and a little community place to post your questions and comments , please visit our directory again and you all welcome to submit more websites as you wish

Could you tell me the reason for not using direct links ?
I've seen links like: "cgi-bin/redirect-website.php?url=DESTINATION_SITE"

 

that is for statistics , how many hits your website gets a day , if it is unique etc... them all projects that will be included in a control panel for people who want to control their submission by a control panel that will be developed soon

I recommend you to use direct links, in my opinion is what most webmaster are looking for.
As you probably know, is possible count clicks on static links. I've put a working example on this thread: http://forums.digitalpoint.com/showthread.php?t=187903

 

thank you for your comment and script , i took a look at it and that is good job , but still it wont work for me because not just for statistc, i am coding more features that will stand on that way i am doing now , Ranking system ...and much more that i can not talk about fgor now i hope you understand

i have took a look to your code i found that your are useing gzip encoding in the header for web browser to decode the compressed file witch you try to save some of the Bw from your hosting , but the way the softsystem of the directory does read the file from your server is different then how browsers does , it does not have a decompressed procedure for the websites that are compressed

that is what it is. but if your website does not use the zip format it would be accepted automatically as all them thosand websites that are already submitted
