Food, sleep, drinks and travelleing included?

 

Entry is Free, as far as I know.
Donations are for organizers to make it a successful event and that will be used for spending on materials that would be needed during the meet.

 

I was asking it so that I would not have sleep on foot-path with an empty stomach after the meeting.

 

Don't worry lol if you short on money, friends like us can help you out for that
We will never allow a fellow member to sleep on footpath empty stomach.

 

I guess the $50 is only for the meeting hall, food & drinks etc. You need to arrange for your own accommodation. Organizers - correct me if I am wrong.

Guys I think you are confused specially Imran. $50 includes your Only Entry fee. Where You will have lunch and dinner on SEO meet day by us. It's just 1 day affair. Rest your hotel acommodation and travel expenses will be beared by you only.
People who are outsiders just let us know if they need hotel booking n all just contact us we will try to get you accomodation. recently i have booked hotel for Amit patel as well.
Bu donation we meant if you wanna just donate any amount other than $50(Entery fee) it would be highly appreciated. (No obligations)

Here is a good news that we are expecting 2-3 school students from Pakistan as well who are just curious to attend this meeting, they will come if they get the visa.

Entry to the conference isnt free.. $50 is INDEED the entry fee.
(Unless you want organizers to invest from their pocket..)

Donation is apart from that $50 entry fee, and will be used in adding more flavours into the conference...or any other meaningful use towards the conference, please dont get or make others confuse.
