    I guess u get Credit card at the Age of 19 BTW in many places of the World People Really are not that rich to get one cc..
    Also let me Tell u this is a legit method..
    If u can go to the paypal site u will find that they too provide Virtual Cards..
    Many places u will find it... Even the world leaders in cc (Visa and Mastercards) provide the VCC service. Why ?.. I do not thing if there is any wrong with it.. But i will strongly discourage people from USA or Canada or anyother places where they can get the Account verified easily without cc verification process. I have seen people having problem from usa or canada. coz they have a bit long process of verification (Vcc is not enough)..Many people do buy this for security reason...Many buy bcoz they are minor and can't get a account with the bank..Many problems..
    Even i said before that U have many alternatives...You can read my thread..
    I totally do not force any one...

    K ... I bartered a card from him for a friend, in lieu of certain Design services!

    All I can say is the card was efficient, and the verification was instant!

    Good Seller! Though he sounds childish ... sometimes :)
