It depends on many factors like which script you use cgi or php etc...For php proxy 256 mb is enough.

I would be more interested to know what Proxy Scripts people are using? Is there a Commerical/Free script? I've got a little Proxy service on my site I'm offering for free, just some free script I banged up it is eating a fair wack of my monthly bandwidth usage not that I mind too much.

Well, you can use adsense on your proxies to cover bandwidth costs..I am using my own custom script which is aloot better then any other proxy script.PHProxy and CGI Proxy are best 2 free scripts available scripts.
