adsense image insert

hi, I have just been insert to my page an image that near of the adsense.
But I saw the google is ban same image . Also that I want to learn Ä°s my locate wrong or true.
The image under page.
I m waiting your comment.

That image placment is against google adsense terms.

 

I have arranged the image again,
does it appropriate now.

 

The image is aligned with the adverts in a way that makes them appear assosiated with the advert.. That is what makes it against the ToS, Not the distance of the image from the ad block.

 

It says in the ToS its ok if you put borders around the ad unit

Can you quote the part in the TOS where it says that it is ok if you put borders?

They did however mention that if such an implementation will lead to a low conversion rate they may adjust my revenue pr click down to justify that.

dont risk Your adsense mate , thats my advice .
