Hello all, I got a reply from google where i send them examples of images next to ads, they Rejected these two, 1: http://www.gamesaim.com/ads.jpg 2: http://www.gamesaim.com/ads2.jpg While they approve my sites ( http://www.gamesaim.com ) header as its not lineup with ads and its actually part of design. Best of Luck Guys, Glade they are ok with my sites header. Merry Christmas and Happy new Year.
They also accepted for me , but i have removed the images even though .. I know some people who have got banned because of the images even after they were accepted by Google itself . better not take risk.
Better late than never!!! But the images you have placed are not disturbing the google ads. Thats why they have accepted.
Strange! I send them the blog link and there reply was that images next to ad is not allowed but its fine in my case as its not linedup with ads and its part of design those thumbnails. Can you please give me link to those threads, i would like to remove as arcades sites not earning alot now, last night with around 4k Unique visitors it earned below $4 with adsense. So will not take risk with it then. Please if you can give me links to those threads where people got banned for images next to ads and they were approved by adsense team. Thanks
I think images next to ads are not allowed since 18th of this month. Yes $3.59 to be exact. Not Sure what to do if they review and accepted.
Yes after seeing that blog i removed images from next to ads which was previously approved by adsense team as well. Do you think i should remove it ? I send them link in email to make sure they treat my site with new policy about image this was my email. in Reply they say
My advice for some time has been as follows: Whatever you may get as a reply from AdSense (form email or not), I would recommend AGAINST the use of ads next to Google text ads. If it works to increase clicks, that will almost certainly be a violation against the AdSense ToS regarding artifical inflation of clicks and you may risk being dropped as an AdSense publisher. If it doesn't work to increase click rates, Google won't care but you'll be increasing page load time and bandwidth use. Either way, you lose. Remember: If you lose your publisher status, 99% of the time you will not get it back, ever. Not worth the risk, IMO.
You learn something new everyday. I had no idea Google prohibited some images next to ads. I personally only did it a few times but now I know not to do it again
Thanks alot Minstrel, for your time. Images removed you know better as experience counts. Happy New Year.
