Just as a study, myself and 5 friends submitted the exact same website to adsense. I've been rejected 8 times. Every one of them have been accepted. I think its safe to say that Google has a double standard. Unfair? Yes. Since Google threw a fit over the fact they allowed GoogleCalendar.com to expire (I later registered it), they have nerfed any and all of my google accounts. Mirraculously deleting my Gmail accounts, rejecting my Google Check-out account, etc. in much the same way they tend to penalize non advertisers (they've been sued for this before). I cant wait until the world begins to realize Google is turning into a pile of crap.
Yes, that's right. Gripe about how bad Google Adsense is in a forum where 99% of the people are making a find nice bit of change from them. That's gonna make you real popular.
Cancelling a GMail account because you registered a domain name? I own one and my GMail is still active. Did you have interaction with them regarding the domain name? You should except their offer of cash or react properly if they threaten legal action.
Yep, Google's an evil empire alright. After I kicked Sergey Brin's dog for peeing in my back yard my wife left me, my house was repossessed, I lost my job, went bankrupt and had my application for Australian citizenship rejected. If what you say is true my Adsense account could be next Cheers BP no animals where harmed during the writing of this post
That's a shame. There are other ad publishing sites out there though. Adbright seems alright, I don't know if they are any good, but they seem decent. Google isn't any different than any other large company, in that the little man doesn't count. The best way for you to pay them back is to forget about them. As more and more people start forgetting them, the more notice they'll take. I use Google adsense, but I don't dislike you or resent you for bringing forth your opinion, I think you should, and anyone who would dislike you because of this has too much time on their hands. Anyhow, good luck and the best of wishes.
Google IS the authority in this case. And the authority always win. That's just life. Even if it's not fair...
