Several people claimed that traffic comes from HitInvestor.com are generated by scripts (auto surf), which gets your site banned by adsense etc. One of the guys did get a lot of traffic from them to his forum, but there was no sign ups or posts out of thousands of visitors. They advertise it as "high quality" targeted traffic, but how can such "high quality" traffic not interested in what it's targeted?
