We did have several prior development ideas but they were not successful.

hmmmm. It is interesting. My suggestion is to sell that domain for a big amount if you are not able to spend more time on that.

At this point I am putting together a team to brain-storm new ideas. It does take some amount of time and experimentation to find the right idea, but I think we will eventually find it. Thanks for your suggestion.

There have been some decent offers, but since the domain is not for sale at this time, I have not really followed-up, other than thanking the buyer for the interest in the domain.
