    This is just a feeler. May consider sale for the right price.

    I won't reveal domain unless i decide to sell.

    Site makes money off of affiliate sales selling paraphenilia.

    made $450 in affiliate sales from one affiliate. Averages about 2-3 sales per day.

    Content is easy to continue creating, will give tips and sources for content to the purchaser.

    Site has only been up for a month and has over 150 uniques a day all natural search or link partners.

    No PR yet.

    #1 serp on a few good terms

    Generally sites are sold for 10-12 x the monthly revenue. So $450 x 10 = $4500.

    However I wouldn't sell it for that amount, as growth is incredibly easy.

    I will most likely hold onto the site for atleast a year.

    So I would love to hear your opinions on what a site like this is worth and what questions you might need to answer that.

    yes, but thats in the first month, and its pretty likely to be twice that per month soon.

    Or, it could go the other way.

    No experienced buyer will purchase a site for that multiplier with less than a six month track record of proven revenue. Hell, anyone can promote a site with short-term methods like MySpace spamming to create one or two good months.

    you said you might consider a sale for the right price, are you looking for offers?

    If it is a unique site with potential, maybe keep it and sell some copies.

    so its something used to make illegal drugs ?

    no stuff like water pipes, bongs, hookahs, etc, no direct mention of drugs but its related.
