hello! I want to advertise my proxy website through adwords but wanted to have a sugesstion before will that send a good amount of traffic to a "proxy website". I've seen some good keywords like "MySpace Proxy" which drive out good traffic ? So is it gonna help me ? -- 3l3ctr1c
Yes, myspace proxy is a good keyword. Proxy sites are mainly accessed by students (fans of myspace) who want to bypass network restrictions in the school.
thank you both, well actually SEOJoe my problem was not with selecting the keyowrd but I want suggestion from others that using AdWords with for proxy website send me traffic ?
im stumped on this one. email adwords and see what they say. be detailed in explaining what you are trying to do and why.
lol you spend hundreds just to bring traffic to proxy web sites!!! if it was online shop it was ok but proxy don't give you back much. imagine spending for 1 keyword "myspace" about 0.50$ and getting 1 visitor does it worth?
proxy sites can be damaging to click troughs. however, I think his question was if adwords allows this. There is a reason why he is using proxy sites. He is using proxy as a work around for the user base he is catering too. he is using proxy to bypass network restrictions for students searching at school.
what are u talking about!! he clearly says: " I want to advertise my proxy website through adwords but wanted to have a sugesstion before will that send a good amount of traffic to a "proxy website". " My suggestion: Dont waste you rmoney on advertising a proxy web site. reason: proxy web site get banned sooner or latter by schools, ips's, and agencies.
Ok, so both of you have veered off topic. It's not an appraisal, he's not asking if he should do it. He's asking for the right keywords. Use the tools inside Adwords to measure the worth of different keywords.
hi sarah. here is his question: "thank you both, well actually SEOJoe my problem was not with selecting the keyowrd but I want suggestion from others that using AdWords with for proxy website send me traffic ?" statement was a little grammatically incorrect and i already suggested to him the adwords tool. see above.
Well Mr_2 got the right thing, I messed up the first post with some grammer error which is resulting in this confusion. Anyways thanks I've decided not to go with adwords for my proxy website.
