Well, the answer is simple, just send them all the documents which they requested and you be alright.

They just want to verify that you are who you say you are and that you are living in the country which you claim you are from.

Of course, since Pakistan is not in the approved list of countries, they may have felt that there is some discrepancies in your account's particulars and thus require you to verify.

There is no other reason that will make them request all that documents other than that they don't want you as a member.
That's my opinion, why would they need all those docs???

They currently do not accept members residing in Pakistan. It is possible that they will accept them in the future but not now.

I guess you just need to give up your account and move on from there.

If they ask you to provide a utility bill from a US-based electricity company and you submit them one from a Pakistani-based one, guess what?
You will be banned by them.
Most users who register themselves a Paypal account in a country, where they currently don´t stay nor live, at least when Paypal asks you to provide documentation, the game will be over for sure, so make sure to do the right things and look for an alternative if Paypal is not supported in your country of residence.
All other will cost you only money ( Paypal does not look if yours are hard-earned bucks or just scammed ones, there is no difference for them when they found out that you registered a account in a country from a not supported country, that is categorized as fraud by them )
Thank you, see you soon. :D

If you have registered your Paypal account based on untrue data ( in a country you weren´t actually ), how you want Paypal to believe you if you cannot provide that what they need from you?
It is possible to provide the required documentations, but I guess you haven´t them, right?
I think that these $ 300 are now in the "closet".
Thank you, see you soon. :D

You could send those 300 dollars to someone else paypal account and request the guy to transfer the money to you via wire transfer or any other method to aboid lossing it all.
It'll will cost you 12 dollars in paypal fees to send the money to ther paypal account, plus around 25 dollars to send it to you using western union.
You need to find the right person, or offer some money to someone.

    Best of luck!.

as far as i know he will not be able to transfwr funds as when paypal is limited you are not able to send your amount to others.

May be if you provide the reality to paypal that you are from pakistan, there are chances that they will let you go with your amount.

You could use your credit card statement or bank statement, they should have your name and your address in there.

If you share the same last name as your parents, you could try using their bills and explains to Paypal and you are sharing the same address as them and then send them your government-issued photo id.
