Adultadworld is good one if you get accepted . they take some good time before they accept/reject . Else you can also use adultfriendfinder but " it needs users to sign up aswell " for a good income

AdBrite doesn't convert adult very well. Lots of International Traffic with low conversion rates. If you have some AdSense/YPN and looking to arbitrage AdBrite's traffic that's fine, but if you're looking to sell subscriptions on the site, I'd recommend staying away from AdBrite.
I saw this thread friday evening and decided to try out Exoclick to advertise my adult site. I am really happy with them! They had me up and running within a day. I checked my google analytics to see where my traffic is coming from today and they have my links on some very quality sites. I plan on staying with them permanently to advertise my site. I don't want to be a publisher, so I'm not quite sure how they are with that. But I would really recommend them to advertise. Thanks Exoclick
